The Pioneer water storage tank can be designed and built to withstand the full force of a tropical cyclone (as defined by AS1170.2) and meet winds up to 200kph (to ASCE 7-02).
Please note: for your tank to have a full wind rating, the tank must be anchored to the correct size concrete ring beam, with ring beam details available from Pioneer Water Tanks on request. Larger roof platforms and some roof ancillaries may not be able to be placed on these roofs without special design.
